Welcome Island Newborns (WIN)
All Island newborns and their families are eligible to receive a Welcome Gift Bag and a home visit ( or at a place of their choice) from a parent educator. The canvas bag contains gifts from the community as well as information on local family resources.

Healthy Babies, Kids and Families
Home visits emphasizing a baby's health and development from birth to six years of age. Call to have our home visiting staff join you in your home to talk about how you can support your child's social and emotional development.

Parents As Teachers
Monthly home visits for parents focusing on learning and development for infants - age three.
